Supernatural Wellness Sessions
Personalized, holistic health guidance to achieve your wellness goals.
Location: Remotely (via video calls).
Approach: Completely holistic consideration of your symptoms, state, healthy history and future. Functional techniques for improving your wellbeing overall and specifically. Tools to maintain practices long after our sessions are through. Likely to include changes to nutrition, supplements, herbs, and lifestyle.
Personalization: All work is personalized. While there are foundations that I believe are important for all humans, health is nuanced by nature and herbalism is holistic. All sessions (group or individual) consider your unique needs.
Costs & Scheduling:
Flat fee includes two sessions. Intake questionnaire will be sent prior to first session to complete before we meet.
Initial Session: 60min | health review and plan outline.
Follow-Up Session: 45min | check-in, refinements, and long-term recommendations.
Subsequent Follow-Up Sessions available at a special rate for clients.
NOTES:
FSA/HSA cards are accepted as payment for Sessions when permitted by the provider.
Sliding-scale sessions are not available at this time.
